Long Beach Hotel opens on April 2

New hotel is located on the east coast of Belle Mare. This new facility, which cost 58 million euros, was built on the site of the old Coco Beach, destroyed in 2009. 

Long Beach gets its name because it now has the longest private beach on the island: 1.1 km of white sand. The area near the hotel is currently 2 / 3 site of the former Coco Beach. This new project of Sun Resorts has 255 rooms that combine modern, contemporary spirit and nature.  They are divided into 115 standard rooms, 109 superior, 29 family (up to 3 children) and two suites. The hotel was conceived as a village whose center is a large central square called "Piazza" and meet numerous environmental standards. 

With the slogan "Away from the ordinary". Long Beach will enchant its guests with a spa, two swimming pools, 3 bars and 5 restaurants (buffet French, Italian, Chinese and Japanese cuisines, restaurant, beach) . Its high-end sports complex will delight fans of tennis, football, climbing, archery, skate ..

According to Hotel Invest Scheme introduced in Mauritius in September 2009, that allows developers to sell to privates rooms, villas or suites, Long Beach sold 80 of 90 rooms in just over six months. At 85%, it is Mauritian expatriates. To buy a room, three payments were required: 10% upon booking, 41% at the end of December 2010 and the rest will be given at the opening of the hotel. The IHS includes all utitilites as well as various repairs that require the room. So the purchaser obtains a property that guarantees him a return on investment of at least 7%. These lucky owners will also benefit from 21 nights offered each year in all the group's hotels.
