Ceres new branding

Founded in 1978 with a single line of business is the production and distribution of eggs, Ceres launched in 1987, the first egg Mauritius sporting a brand: Oeudor. Oeudor has been imposed on the local market as a high quality product at an affordable price. 

In 1991, Ceres Ltd. expands its range of activities by venturing into marketing of laying hens Hy-Line and Cobb chicks. More recently, a new service designed to promote veterinary medicine has also been created. 

Thus, the products of Ceres Ltd are well known in the Mauritian market, unlike the parent company.
