The Infinity Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) owes a sum of Rs 100 million to its creditors.
That was said by Jean Roger Boodhna, liquidator of the company.
He said that he has asked Infinity chief Jean Suzanne to submit a Statement of Affairs which will contain all information relating to the assets of the company.
Boodhna also informed that he will meet Thierry Koenig, senior attorney on Thursday, who will advise them on legal matters.
Boodhna said now that they nominated him as full time liquidator, things will move fast.
He said that according to the Insolvency Act 2009 which replaced the Bankruptcy Act, Infinity must pay backmoney to the Bank of Mauritius and the Mauritius Revenue Authority.
“We will subsequently pay employees and secured creditors,” he added.
