For its part, Ravalomanana declined the invitation Rajoelina for today's meeting and rejoice in the decision of the organ of SADC. "We expect the coming of the Troika mission that is much more neutral, because the High Authority of the transition can not be both judge and jury," said Mamy Rakotoarivelo, Head of Delegation of the Ravalomanana. "We must learn from the past. The process of ending the crisis, left to the initiative of the Malagasy, was overturned after the Summit in Addis Ababa, "he recalls.
