ICT Academy: Several Companies in the BPO Show Interest for Courses

Business Process Outsourcing, Informatics and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO). These are the three main sectors involved in the courses being offered at the ICT Academy. The opening of this institution, originally scheduled for October 2011, was finally postponed to mid-February 2012, we learn of a senior Department of Information Technology and Communication (ICT). The reason for this delay? The unavailability of experts in November of the French Development Agency (AFD), which had come to Mauritius to make an inventory of the area.

The ICT Academy will have a panel of fifty trainers, including foreigners. It is our responsibility that the authorities are considering recruiting foreign trainers and five based on the U.S. company Hewlett Packard (HP) offering the services of its officers.
