Carlson Rezidor to Open Hotel in Baie-du-Cap

The global hotel groups and Carlon Rezidor plans to open a hotel in Mauritius. Both groups have an international hotel portfolio of over 1300 hotels in 80 countries around the world.

The hotel group in Mauritius will be located in Baie-du-Cap, and will include 80 luxury suites and operate under the name of Mauritius Hotel Missoni, Missoni is the commercial identity of the luxury hotels of the group that recently merged.

On schedule, the establishment will welcome its first guests in 2014. The future hotel group Rezidor Carlson aims to redefine and become a benchmark for luxury hotels in Mauritius. The facility will include 80 suites, all overlooking the beach and lagoon.

The hotel has direct access to 650 meters from the beach. There will also be swimming pools. Apart from this setting include the usual facilities like a spa, a gym for fitness addicts and tennis courts, and a club kid. The Missoni Mauritius will also offer a variety of activities like water sports, deep sea fishing, walks cycling, hiking golf and meeting rooms for business travelers in particular.
