
It is from this week that Bramer House, located at the Cybercity Ebony, begins operations in Bramer Asset Management Ltd.. Featuring 14 floors, this building will house the ecofriendly life insurance company, BAI Co (Mauritius), the Mauritius Leasing, Bramer Banking Corporation, Bramer Asset Management Ltd., BA Exchange, which happens to be the exclusive representative of the Western Union in Mauritius and the insurance broker, BritAm.
Note that this is the company Ireko who handled the construction of the new headquarters of AIB, which has 12,000 square feet of office space and 147 parking spaces. The ground floor of this building will, in turn, a financial Services lounge.
The Bramer House has already distinguished at the Green Africa Awards in the category 'Green Design, Building Development and Land Use'. This building, considered to be eco friendly, has a rain water harvesting system which will enable to collect, process and use rainwater for toilet use, and cooling towers, which represents half of the water consumption.
