Reunion: SFR Launches New Range of Offers
SFR says he was inspired expectations of its customers to completely rebuild its range of offerings: lower prices by 20% on average, more requirement of commitment, alignment of call charges to mainland France with those of the meeting.

The incumbent mobile launches 11 new offers, instead of the forty who were still sold until Monday. The dedicated communication campaign started Monday night through TV commercials, radio, and posters 4x3.L operator would also like to launch the first package unlimited everything for 79 euros without commitment

Proximity to Reunion

With 60% market share in mobile telephony to the meeting for five years, SFR might have rested on its laurels, says Bertrand Guillot, President of SFR Reunion. But no, the operator who has "built its strength on the proximity of the brand with the islanders' preferred to listen to criticism of its customers and operate a complete overhaul of its range of offerings.

Among the expectations ski over time by SFR advisors to their superiors, was high on strong demand for lower prices, but also the wish to receive offers without commitment, and finally claim a price matching Communications to the mainland (France) with those of the Meeting on behalf of territorial continuity.

The president says the SFR, these three wishes were heard and reflected in the new range of offerings. These have also been "simplified to make them more transparent," says Bertrand Guillot. "We had to terminate a stack of long, not always coherent. "

Preserve jobs

"Our subscription prices will remain more expensive than in the mainland, recognizes Bertrand Guillot. This is because the islanders also emit a strong demand in terms of employment. It would be possible for me to make cheaper, reducing my cost structure, and thus destroying jobs. But we wanted to keep our staff, our customer service, our service and our thirty outlets. We do not enter in dramatic styles as they exist on the mainland, where the major operators will soon announce big job cuts ..."

The operator announces lower prices averaging around 20% of its new range of offerings. All subscriptions are available with or without the acquisition of a new mobile, according to a differential of 20 euros per month subscription. "Now, all packages are cheaper than before if you keep your mobile when changing the formula," says the operator.

Customers will also be able to choose any non-binding offer. Therefore, the amount of the grant to purchase a new mobile (20 euros per month) will be deducted from the subscription price. Moreover, in all tenders without exception, the price of calls to the mainland and Mayotte are aligned with those of the Meeting.

The first offers unlimited everything

SFR take this opportunity to launch the first offer unlimited everything. With a subscription unlimited everything for 79 euros per month gross (99 euros per month in the case of the acquisition of a new subsidized mobile), Vodafone hopes to both consolidate its market share and win new ones. "Those who spend over 79 euros per month in other operators will come to us or we find," says Bertrand Guillot.
