The Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) takes another step in its fight against the lack of skilled labour in the sector of information technology and communication, as well as in that of outsourcing .
After presenting the results of a comprehensive study on the phenomenon last month, the HRDC meeting this Thursday with Cinnamon, Domaine les Straws, all parties concerned, namely, those responsible for developing training programs, both educational and professionals, private sector operators and public sector representatives.
