Bagatelle Welcomes New Construction

ENL connects the group with plans to Bagatelle. It is in the third phase, after the shopping center and hotel.

" These projects are part of the residential line with our goal of Bagatelle, a place where you can live, work and relax, " says Thierry Rey, Business Development Director of ENL Property.

This residential project will be built on 17.5 acres of land at Bagatelle. It will include 41 lots ranging from 750 to 1200 square meters for the most part. The 3 remaining lots will be devoted to the construction of apartments. "There is a strong demand from Mauritius for land and apartments in this area. This residential area is located. It is close to the shopping center. It is close to the shopping center, hotel and office space, "says Thierry Rey.

Infrastructure projects are estimated at Rs 80 million. The development of these infrastructures should take six months.
