Flacq Shopping Mall To Open On 28 September, Exactly One Year After Bagatelle Mall

Flacq Shopping Mall will open on the 28 September, exactly one year after the opening of Bagatelle Shopping Mall. It will be the first modern shopping complex in the East of the Island after Bagatelle and Cascavelle Shopping Mall which is in the West.

Flacq Shopping Mall, located at Boulet Rouge, not far from Centre de Flacq on a surface area of 13 600 m2 will have a parking space of 300 cars. FSM aims to be the premier shopping destination in the Eastern region with its local and international stores ( more than 90 local and international stores).

The stores in Flacq Shopping Mall include 361, Mado Parfums, Une Histoire d’Amour, Arrow, Tulsidas, Leal Informatics, Much Better Life (MBL), Dragon Electronics, HM Rawat, Milky Lane, Barcelos, Winners, Mathieu Opticians and Gaya Opticians among others.

More than Rs 400 Million has been invested in FSM which is modern and secure. The 2nd phase of the project will house Winners Supermarket (on a surface ares of 1900 m2), a new branch of State Bank of Mauritius (SBM). There will also be 25 new stores in the extension of FSM scheduled to be completed in November of this year.

FSM shops will be split over two floors, a food court, a dedicated “duty free island”, a kids zone as well as over 170 car parking spaces. ATM facilities will be provided as well as a free shuttle bus service operating between Centre de Flacq bus station and the shopping mall.
