PRB: Errors And Omissions Report Prepared In 2013
The report relating to the correction of anomalies related to the recent report of the Pay Research Bureau (PRB) will be published in October 2013. This was said to Le Matinal by director of the PRB, Mohun Aujaheb at Wednesday.

Meanwhile, civil servants, parastatal employees and retirees of the public have three months to whether or not they accept the final report of this institution which revises the conditions of service and salary scale of about 85 000 employees.

PRB Management has already begun to consider the comments of trade unionists linked to the publication of this report, which will be applied from January 2013.

Naraindranath Gopee, president of the Federation of Civil Service Unions and Other says that regrets that the latest report of the PRB has not seen fit to establish a basic minimum of Rs 15,000. He did not agree that officials in general have received an average salary increase of 22%. It considers that the average increase would be around 9%.

At the direction of the PRB, we insist that the average salary increase of 22% is based on the salary scale PRB 2008. The minimum wage in the public service has been adjusted beyond what was expected, they said.

Salaries harmonized

Pay Research Bureau (PRB) has harmonized the salaries of senior executives who are at the head of parastatal bodies. Most General Managers receive a salary set in the range of Rs 102,000 to Rs 108,000.
