Neotown: The First Constructions Start

Two blocks of flats in the Invest Hotel Scheme (IHS). This is the site that starts at Les Salines, on the site to accommodate the Neotown project. This plan allows developers to sell apartments and villas for residents and foreigners during and after construction.

 Neotown the project is estimated at Rs 15 billion. At the time of presentation, the developers had planned various phases.
In the end, it will include, among others, hotels, walks and marine gardens, a center of heritage tourism, a complex / luxury condominium, a boutique hotel, a marina club, a block of apartments, office buildings, shopping malls, campus offices, tourist attractions and entertainment venues.
