New National Identity Card: the Project Moves Into Top Gear

The campaign for the distribution of the new national identity card is entering a new phase. A pilot exercise started at conversion. This, while opponents of the project are already preparing a legal response.

The official launch of the new national identity card will be held Tuesday, September 17 at cybertour, Ebony. This project is also a new phase with a pilot phase starts. The goal is to test the conversion process with a sample of selected internal people. But already, the response is prepared within the project's opponents.

The Coalition of social workers to account for an injunction to stop the entry into force of the new card. In fact, it is expected that the conversion starts cards from members of the public from 1 st October .

Another challenge: that of the Confederation of Workers in the private sector. The latter has the same call for civil disobedience during a press conference scheduled for Tuesday, September 16.
