Mr Roshi Bhadain advocate of Pravind Jugnauth, reiterated the concerns of the client on a possible violation of the Constitution. Mr Bhadain Roshi replied to a request for "further and better particulars" made by the representative of the prosecution, Mr. Shah Nawaz Namdarkhan.
