A heavy rain warning remains in effect until 6 p.m. this Monday, March 30. According to the weather station, atmospheric conditions remain humid and unstable on the island.
Showers, sometimes heavy and accompanied by isolated thunderstorms, will first affect the East and the central plateau before spreading to other regions throughout the day. Water accumulation is possible in flood-prone areas, while visibility will be reduced by fog and heavy downpours.
The weather is expected to gradually improve overnight. Authorities are urging the public to exercise caution, particularly on the roads, and recommend avoiding flood-prone areas, going out to sea, and taking shelter under trees during thunderstorms.
