
Once again this year, the authorities aim to prevent overcrowding and attempts at fraud. As a result, only one registration per child will be allowed, and admissions will be processed according to a specific alphabetical schedule.
The Ministry has also set precise registration hours: parents must attend between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., and then between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

In some highly sought-after regions, competition for places is expected to be intense. To validate an application, parents will be required to provide several mandatory documents: a national identity card, the child’s birth certificate, and water and electricity bills from the last three months.
In response to numerous cases of false residence declarations, the Ministry is tightening the rules even further. An official proof-of-residence certificate authenticated by the local police will now be required. Law enforcement authorities will be responsible for verifying the actual residential address of families.
