State Bank of Mauritius Ltd (SBM) this week launched its new website offering customers and non customers can choose the language they want to surf the site.
This launch is part of the deployment of the new visual identity of the SBM group that adopts a new approach to communication.
With this new website, SBM wishes to encourage its customers to use the Internet to access its services and products or for information needs. SBM is thereby the first bank in Mauritius to have a bilingual site that allows users to choose English or French when they access the home page.
The website of SBM has been completely revised and now offers easier navigation for the user to search for different products and services.
The new website of the bank was designed in-house, through the expertise of the IT Governance team and support teams and Marketing & Communications Quality & Customer Service SBM. This site, which is now more modern and interactive, should undoubtedly appeal to customers and non customers who visit.
