He said the reason which led him to take this decision is the limited time available to inform the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, National Development Unit, Land Transport and Shipping and the police commissioner, who have to be given notice seven days prior to the holding of any public meeting.
The main topics to be discussed are the acquisition of MedPoint Clinic by the state and promotions within the police force.
