The iPhone 4S Soon Landed at Mauritius
The iPhone 4S is the latest version of the iPhone. This model was introduced in the U.S. market a few days after the death of the founder of the company Apple, the legendary Steve Jobs last October.

The iPhone 4S will be available in Orange Mauritius Telecom Shops from this January 13 and Mauritian market launch coincides with Apple's introduction in 21 other countries, among others, Bolivia, Botswana, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guinea Conakry, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Trinidad and Tobago and Uganda .

Mauritius Telecom will offer an opportunity for Mauritians to buy an iPhone 4s or by prepaid, that is to say without subscription using prepaid cards as well as Orange post-paid mode.

The selling prices are being validated and will be made public on 13 January. The iPhone has won the heart of Mauritians as this smartphone is a little gem of technology that also offers a multitude of possible applications with thousands of useful applications available on 'Apps Store'.

The heart of the iPhone 4S is a high capacity A5 processor, the same that is on a tablet iPad 2, so that data are promptly treated. The display features the retina technology was developed by Apple and the iPhone 4S has a camera of 8 mega pixels (3264 x 2448 resolution) that allows for video in full HD, c that is to say, 1080p.

The main innovation of this new iPhone is in its intelligent assistant Siri which includes everything you say, to make calls or send SMS.

It's a real personal assistant able to answer your specific questions. If you have your iPhone 4S how's the weather like outside, Siri will respond by displaying on your screen your favorite weather application.

On the other hand, the iPhone 4S has a battery life of 8 hours in 3G mode, 14 hours on 2G , 200 hours standby, 9 hours on Wi-Fi and more than 10 hours of video and audio playback.

Mauritius Telecom-Orange is the official representative of the iPhone in Mauritius. Note that the stock of the previous model, iPhone 4, has already been exhausted. There was the iPhone3, then the iPhone 3G, then 4 and now the iPhone, the iPhone 4S.

Between the Mauritians and the iPhone, we can say it's a love story that continues!

Mauritius Telecom has recorded several hundred pre-orders for the iPhone 4S.

And for the first quarter of 2012, Mauritius Telecom has placed an order of a thousand iPhone 4S.
