On this occasion the great Australian Chef Scott Webster, founder of the "Australian Culinary Consultants" will show you all facets of Australian cuisine which consists of a rich blend of Mediterranean, Asia and the Middle East. Enjoy these dishes to the wind rose with a la carte menu while at the Landing and the terrace, a buffet will be offered.
IBL main partner of the Festival will also present to guide you in choosing the best selection of Australian wines to accompany your meal.
Cultural side, Duncan Smith, leader of the troop 'Wiradjuri Echoes' will also move to this Festival. You will discover Aboriginal culture through their traditional instrument that is the 'Didgeridoo'. He will be present from 21 to 26 March at the restaurant L'Escale at 20h.
