Football Madness With Polly The Parrot At Bagatelle

The Pick n Pay supermarket at Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius is giving everyone the opportunity to interact with Polly, the parrot who will be guessing the Euro 2012 football matches’ results from this week.
The parrot will be present at the store from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm on weekdays and Saturdays, throughout the Euro 2012 games.
“It is with great pleasure that we invite the public to visit Polly and of course participate in this amusing activity,” said the Pick n Pay manager, Paul Engelbrecht.
Polly will be provided with two bowls of food before each game, with the flags of each competing country printed on each bowl. The country Polly picks first, will be the winner. Everyone is invited to see Polly’s choice of the winner for each pool and for the semi-final and final rounds. They can join in the fun with Polly by predicting who will win each match.
Shoppers will have the chance to win several prizes such as the Official Replica Euro 2012 soccer balls and T Shirts of their favourite countries.
