The aim is to showcase the products of the island, develop domestic tourism and attract the local population. This exhibition is being organised by the Voyageur Travel & Tours in partnership with the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA).
This platform will bring together key players from the world of travel and leisure and give them the opportunity to make their services known to the public. It is especially airline and cruise companies, hotels and leisure resorts that will be present.
A total of 40 exhibitors and more than 10,000 visitors are expected at the show. The Tourism Office will have a stall where the public can discover the local tourism products.
Mauritius will also be promoted as a tourist destination with the distribution of pamphlets and brochures. Those present at the salon will also have the opportunity to buy lottery tickets to win cars through a draw.?The prizes include a Porsche Cayman, BMW Convertible, two Nissan Micra and a motorcycle Derbi Xtreme. The draw for the raffle will be held on December 21.
