The maneuvers in the regional elections can now begin. Meanwhile those elections, the head of government has released the date of village elections on Thursday 1st November. The rural voters will go to the polls Sunday, December 2, whereas the registration of candidates (Election Day) will take place on November 17.

The head of government, however, has given no indication that it is a municipal election. "The city? Expect we will do things one to one, "he told reporters who questioned him.
