Small Entrepreneurs Rise Project Houses "Low-Cost"

This is the formula found by members of the Association of Small Contractors. The houses will be sold between Rs 1.3 million and Rs 1.6 million.

The realization of this project will require an investment of about Rs 50 million. The Mauritius Housing Corporation is in pole position on the list of donors.

The project was presented in December in the presence of a partner, including the Indian Ocean Development Consultant & Co Ltd. But at the Salon of construction, scheduled for late February or early March, a model will be unveiled.

"We have every intention to carry out a similar project on a previously identified Breakfast Camp near Camp Fouquereau. We will target a wealthier clientele , "says Gérard Uckoor.
