CPE: Second Chance
Indeed, the Ministry of Education and Human Resources is actively working on a project to allow these students to take part in a second review to give them the chance to have a full certificate prior to their entry into Form 1.

According to the Ministry of Education, parents whose offspring have failed in one subject, will be notified by mail of the second chance will be given to their children. The Ministry of Education is in talks with the GTU compared to "important matters."
