MIE Expanding its Distance Learning Courses

A new remote program will now be available to the MIE: a Masters in design and educational technology. These courses will be offered at a distance with the input of the Open University of Malaysia.

" Minister of Education, Vasant Bunwaree, did not hide his enthusiasm for a new agreement between the Open University of Malaysia and the Mauritius Institute of Education (MIE). This covers a Masters in Instructional Design and Technology. These courses will be made available online.
The signing of the agreement took place on Monday, December 16 in the presence of teachers Emeritus Tan Sri Anuwar Ali bin Mansor Fadzil and Repin Ibrahim, President and Vice-Chancellor, Senior Vice President and Vice-President of the Open University of Malaysia .
"This will help to make Mauritius a Knowledge Hub , as desired by the government, "commented Vasant Bunwaree .
