"There was a foul smell as if they were animals in a state of decomposition, around the river,"says Jules Virieux, a fisherman who came to catch these fish that go in the mouth of the river to find food. Several sardines, he said, were also in a state of decomposition.
According Jules Virieux, this is not the first time that fish die in this place. He made a complaint to the police Poudre d'Or and the Ministry of Fisheries.
