Rice Ration: Tender for Three Months

The State Trading Corporation (STC) has launched a tender for the supply of rice ration for three months from the month of May.
STC is present at the moment the list of all bidders. The best offer will be considered. To date, proposed by the Chaiyaporn Rice Co Ltd Thailand price is the best but is yet to be finalized. Currently when the STC is a tender, it states that the percentage of break should not exceed 5%.
When rice farmers are harvesting, the break between 5 and 6%. Given that the price of rice ration currently fluctuates on the world market, STC has launched a tender for three months, including May, June and July. STC is currently conducting an evaluation of the auction. There are differences between products from different countries, including India, Pakistan and Thailand. For this year, STC expects to sell about 15 000 tonnes of rice ration.
It also depends on other rice prices because at the moment the price of basmati rice increased.
