Mauritius Gets the Gold Star International Tourism

Mauritius has won the "Gold Star International Tourism." The President of the Federation of International Tourism (FIT), Eric Duluc met Wednesday, July 24, Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam, to tell him the news.
She had to wait 41 years, our island, to receive again the prestigious distinction of International Gold Star Tourism. At the time, she had been awarded to Sir Gaëtan Duval when he was Minister of Tourism.
The President of the ITF, Eric Duluc, submitted a letter of intent to this effect to Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam, Wednesday, July 24.
The Tourism Minister Michael Sik Yuen, also attended the meeting. "I'm sure this boost rebound the Mauritian tourism industry," said Eric Duluc. "This decision also aims to support the government as well as Mauritian professional actions." The imminent opening of the new airport and air access were also discussed in this exchange the Treasury building.
