Rs 74 mln for Navin Ramgoolam's Foreign Trips: The top 10

Navin Ramgoolam (Rs 11.5 millions)

Sunita Ramgoolam-Joypaul (Rs 3.1 millions)

The sister of the former Prime Minister also often accompanied Navin Ramgoolam, as a companion to her sister-in-law. She was entitled to the sum of Rs 3156993. It was more particularly in 2007 and 2008 that Navin Ramgoolam's sister was entitled to substantial allowances. First in 2007, when she was part of the delegation that went to the 62nd session of the United Nations General Assembly, which was held in New York from September 24 to 28.
